Dallas is still a very popular brand, from the actors receiving an amazing reception in France earlier this year, countless Dallas specials and now even Hallmark have released a Dallas greeting card.
We may see a Dallas movie with John Travolta as JR but lets see the original, updated and daring.
A proposed script has even been drafted which sees John Ross bring his new wife back to Southfork, Sue Ellen dabbling in Politics, an environmental disaster cover up impacting the entire Ewing clan. JR Ewing is his nasty self as he attempts to get John Ross to take his throne at Ewing Enterprises. Cliff Barnes has hit rock bottom, Bobby's latest love hides a secret relating to his first wife, Christopher is out of control and Ray Krebbs struggles with his estranged daughter.
Our mailbag suggests that viewers want a Dallas which is dramatic, edgy story of a family who live in Texas.
